Staff Assistant - Feinstein Center
Job Description
- Act as an ambassador for Feinstein Center and community-serviced based programming and activities on campus.
- Assist with coordinating department sponsored programs such as Community Connections, 5th Grade Day, Giving Tree, Blood Drives, and other events and program.
- Conduct referrals for students seeking to participate in service, nationally and abroad.
- Maintain updated presence on social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Perform clerical duties such as updating event calendars and organization information, filing, and maintaining databases.
- Provide general receptionist and clerical support when needed to other departments located in the Farmhouse building.

- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic Office Suite programs
