Writing Tutoring Through the WritingHelp Email System

Please submit papers only in Word.doc(s) format. No Pages, PDFs or Google Docs will be accepted.

When the tutor returns the paper to you, it will have "REVIEWED" at the end of the document title and the tutor will provide comments in the margin of your paper.

Please note: there is a 7-page limit for paper review.

We will make every attempt to return your paper within 48 hours, Sunday through Friday.  We will not have tutors on duty on Saturdays, so the return might be a little more delayed if you submit late on Friday or Saturday.

The following information is required in order to review your paper:

Student's name
Provide a description of the assignment and/or attach the assignment sheet. (Example of description: "I have to write a rhetorical analysis of purpose and stance in the essay titled 'Chocolate is the Best Cake Flavor.' I am supposed to have 3 body paragraphs and an intro and conclusion.")
One file only.
256 MB limit.
Allowed types: txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx, odt, ppt, pptx, odp, xls, xlsx, ods.
If you attached an assignment sheet above, just write “see assignment sheet” in this box.
Name of the course the paper is for. If the paper is for a purpose other than a course, just write that (for example, “Cover Letter”).
