Saturday Morning Sessions

SAAHP has commenced the Saturday Morning Sessions program of small seminar format workshops for graduate students led by practitioners, with two Spring sessions:

April 1  “Do you need help writing about architecture? with David Sokol

April 22 “Portfolios and Design Communications Skills”, with Chris Grimley

Sokol is a journalist specializing in architecture, planning and product design. He is currently a contributing editor at Architectural Record and Greensource magazines, as well as at Surface, Cultured, and Inside (Australia). He is the author of numerous books on Architecture including The Modern Architecture Pop-Up Book, Seventy Nordic Architects, and also is involved in corporate communications including speechwriting, video scripts, and awards programs.  Grimley is co-director of pinkcomma, and principal at over,under in Boston, an interdisciplinary practice with expertise in architecture, urban design, graphic identity and publications.
