The Science Center provides free tutoring for RWU students enrolled in science courses.

Summer Tutoring

For Science tutoring during the summer, students can access tutors through the Brightspace course “RWU Online Tutoring – Summer I 2026.” This system provides for live tutoring in Zoom. The Brightspace site will provide tutor names, schedules, and direct Zoom links to the tutors.

Tutoring 

The Science Center provides tutoring for courses in Biology (103, 104, 105, 200, 215, 216), Chemistry (190, 191, 192, 301, 302), Physics (109, 110, 201, 202), Environmental Science (105), and Sustainability. The Science Center offers one-on-one peer and faculty tutoring, peer-led small group tutoring in the form of review sessions for Physics, ChemX problem and study sessions for Chemistry 191/192, and specialized tutoring in Excel for science students. 

You are encouraged to visit the Center to ask questions, whether it’s about course-specific in-person tutoring, specialized study groups, or how to get the most out of tutoring. All of the services offered are free of charge.
