What are you looking forward to the most this season?

We're really looking forward to seeing all of our hard work in both fall ball and preseason pay off in the 2019 season. The team has been 100 percent committed to really trying to raise the bar in all aspects of our game this year, and we have already seen so much progress in just one year!

What makes you excited to come to work each day?

I am so lucky to have a group of young women — both on our team and on our coaching staff — that are so into our program's mission and vision. It's that commitment and dedication that gets me so excited to come to work each day.

How has donor support helped you and your program?

Donor support has been amazing this year! We are very thankful for all donors because without them, we would not be able to fly our entire team out to California for two out-of-conference games this spring! Donor support has also allowed our coaching staff to plan some off-campus team bonding activities as well as some leadership materials for both our captains and our leadership council. A big thank you goes to our donors for allowing our coaching staff to open up so many more doors and experiences for our student-athletes!

What can alums do to help your program in addition to financial support?

In addition to financial support, our alums can continue to support our program by sharing their career advice post-college, as well as sharing all their personal successes. We love hearing what our alums are up to, in both their personal lives and in their careers! Being a mentor to our players and making those connections could go a long way for everyone. We would also love for our alums to dust off their sticks and come show off their skills and participate in our alumni lacrosse game every fall! We truly believe that "Once a Hawk, ALWAYS a Hawk!"
