The program offers a blend of traditional and work-based learning to build the knowledge and practical skills required of a school business administrator. The program is aligned to the professional standard and code of ethics of the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International.

School Finance and Operations Curriculum Overview
This program is provided in ‘hybrid’ format, including class and online instruction to help serve working professionals. Classes meet one night every other week and students can attend in person at our Providence campus or remotely through our online learning platform. Students will also complete assignments and participate in forums online.

School Finance and Operations Program Timeline
You can earn this degree in just 10 courses! This program is designed to be completed in five semesters or approximately two and a half years. This is the pace if you take two courses per semester.

The instructors include full time faculty members at RWU as well as subject matter experts in the areas of school finance and operations.
