Educating Rhode Island: A Community Conversation on Public Schools, Past, Present, and Future

Join us for a conversation that explores how public education has shaped and continues to shape our Rhode Island communities. Drawing on history, educational research, and local perspectives from the field, the program invites audiences to examine the opportunities and challenges facing public education today. As Rhode Islanders prepare for this fall's elections, this conversation will provide historical context, address common misconceptions, and consider the stories we tell about our schools and how they influence public understanding and policy.
