About The Performance
Dance Theatre Company – RWU Dance & Performance Studies Program’s professionally-oriented student dance company will soon be presenting fall semester’s capstone week of performances!
This concert is especially exciting since we are premiering two pieces by sophomores, Holly Grenier and Holly Saunders. Both of their solos earned “Best Overall Choreography” votes by a panel of their classmates, peers, and faculty. Congratulations to you both – your movement research and dedication to the craft of movement composition has been exemplary!
We will also be presenting original choreography by this fall’s guest artists in residence: Kellie Ann Lynch and Rose Woods Dance Collaborative; and two of our faculty: Ellen Oliver and Mez Gendreau.
Please join us for this stylistically eclectic concert to celebrate the athleticism, artistry, intelligence, and “show-up” dedication that our dance community is fueled by.
