Rulli’s “Market to Metacom” in Warren featured in Sierra “Higher Ground”

Adjunct Faculty member Bob Rulli’s 2017-2023 work as Town Planner for Warren, RI on a “Market to Metacom” proposal to relocate waterfront homes and businesses ahead of sea level rise is featured in Sierra magazine’s Spring 2026 issue. The project is currently stalled, but the article and many others recognize the relevance, timeliness and scope of the remarkable project.
