Carranza is Spring 2026 O’Neil Ford Centennial Professor at UT Austin

Professor of Architecture Luis Carranza is serving as the O’Neil Ford Centennial Professor of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin in Spring 2026. Spring 2026 Visiting Faculty | School of Architecture Carranza has taught at Roger Williams for more than 25 years, and has completed several recent appointments at Columbia, Yale, and now UT Austin. Carranza has authored or co-authored two books published by UT Austin Press--Architecture as Revolution: Episodes in the History of Modern Mexico (2010), and Modern Architecture in Latin America: Art, Technology and Utopia (2015), co-authored with Fernando Lara.
