About the Technical Grant Administration Program
At RWU Extension School (EXT), we are committed to supporting our community, including other non-profit organizations. We have developed these courses to build grant administration capacity at your organization, enabling you to better apply, manage, and close out grants from government agencies and private foundations. All courses are online and asynchronous with a defined schedule.

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the full grant lifecycle, including opportunity research, proposal development, financial management, contract interpretation, project implementation, reporting, and sustainability planning. Students will progress from concept development to submission, then transition into post-award management and reporting.

·Develop all major components of a competitive grant proposal.
·Construct realistic project budgets and budget justifications.
·Interpret award documents and grant contracts.
·Design implementation, monitoring, and evaluation systems.
