Dr. Forsa teaches professional, technical, and first-year writing courses. She encourages students to consider how their disciplinary interests can inform their writing projects. She also teaches in RWU’s Core general education program. She has experience teaching writing for engineering and the health professions.
Her research interests center on interdisciplinary approaches to writing and how texts circulate in the public sphere. Dr. Forsa has written articles and presented conference papers on a range of topics, including historical science writing, technical writing pedagogy, and writing center pedagogy.
