Gabelli School Of Business

Maling EbrahimpourI enthusiastically look forward to sharing with you the opportunities associated with our School. The prospects we afford to our students, faculty, alumni, and recruiters include:

  • A strong curriculum where, by the end of the fourth semester, each student has completed foundation courses in the
    business program – accounting, economics, computer information systems, finance, management and marketing.

  • A faculty of dedicated teachers, with the common goal of providing a high quality experience for the Gabelli School of Business students.

  • Students who have the opportunity to form a professional relationship with our faculty through small classes, academic advising, student-faculty research, and international travel and study.

  • A dedicated, experienced staff who facilitate each student’s journey through their academic studies and career preparation.

The Gabelli School of Business is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.  As part of the accreditation process we have:

  • Recruited additional faculty who are both excellent teachers and productive researchers;

  • Reviewed and revised the curriculum to insure that our graduates leave with a quality business education

  • Implemented processes that lead to overall high quality and continuous improvement.

  • Improved the physical facilities and technology available to our students

  • Cooperated with and supported the efforts of the University’s Career Services to bring the GSB students both exciting internship opportunities and fulfilling career positions.

  • Actively sought advice from the business community through executives who serve on our Dean's Advisory Council.

  • Consulted on plans with students through our student organizations and the Student Advisory Board.

These efforts result in a great college experience for students who want to challenge themselves and get involved. Take your time exploring our website, and discover what makes the Gabelli School of Business truly outstanding. If you have any ideas to share with us, please do not hesitate to do so.
