In her recent book “An Ocean Garden: The Secret Life of Seaweed,” artist and avid beachcomber Josie Iselin reveals the unexpected beauty of seaweed, an often overlooked but fundamental aspect of ocean life that has great value for human health and well-being. Iselin will discuss using art and design to enhance an appreciation and understanding of science and the environment.
