August Orientation & International Students

August Orientation

The Orientation Staff looks forward to welcoming all students who have not attended a June Session to our August Orientation. This program is designed to welcome a variety of students to campus based on their personal needs. First-Year, Transfer, and International Students are welcome to attend this Orientation session if our summer program is not feasible due to distance.

Students come to campus the week prior to classes beginning and will start their journey earlier than others at RWU. Residential students will not only check-in with Orientation but they'll also check into Fall housing assignment. We provide students the opportunity to start moving belongings into their rooms prior to our program beginning.

August Orientation:  Tuesday, August 20th and Wednesday, August 21st

Students who live outside of New England, New York and New Jersey can call the Orientation office to discuss registration for the August session.

International Orientation Tuesday, August 20th through Thursday, August 22nd

Our Orientation staff is working on your program schedule and will be sharing this with you during the first week of August.  Students will still have a small group lead by our Orientation Advisor staff, this small group will mix getting to know activities, discussion and a chance for you to ask questions.
