Planning an event can be as simple as scheduling a space for a meeting or as sophisticated as putting together the logistics for a multi-day conference involving meals, media services and complicated room set-ups. The Conferences staff is available to assist you with either type of event. Important change: Please note that the University recently adopted a new corporate policy governing the service and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages at events on the University's Bristol, Portsmouth and Providence campuses, and at off-campus University-sponsored events. The policy extends University-wide, including the School of Law, and was developed by the University's Risk Management Council. Written approval is required for events governed by the policy, and organizers must complete the Alcoholic Beverages Policy Approval Form to obtain approval.
