In accordance with Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) of the August 14, 2020 Title IX Federal Regulations, all materials used to train Title IX personnel must be posted on the recipient’s website. This group of Title IX personnel includes the Title IX Coordinator(s), Investigator(s), Decision-Maker(s), and Facilitator(s) of Alternate/Informal Resolution Processes. Therefore, the University has made these training materials publicly accessible and can be found below.
