Arts and Crafts 

Join the McHarper Manor  weekdays on Facebook for a daily art project tutorial. Art projects will range from watercolor paintings to chalk art to canvas painting and will take place live at 1 p.m.. Videos will be available after the live class on the McHarper Manor Facebook page.   

Virtual Arts, Painting and Crafts:  are you crafty and looking to connect with other arty people?  Visit this webpage and be creative; please note that some of these events require supplies and a fee. 

Just Colorto download free coloring book pages from nature to travels to special events.  Coloring can be great stress relief and allows everyone to be creative 

Want to learn how to crochet?  This video will give you the basics to start you on your way

Are you in the mood to craft each; this daily craft website will have you channeling your creative self

Students with little or no equipment can train with the body weight only program called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  through our Volt App.  Contact Dr. Mark Andreozzi with your name and Class Year for access to our Volt Program.  You will need to download the Volt App through the App Store or Google Play 

Virtual 5 K races are popping up; here is one to start training for

CORE Power Yoga 

Local RI Gyms have put some work outs together for virtual training; some do have a cost

Remember the great days of Field trips in Elementary School?  Experience some of what is out there from your computer.  Certain sites have virtual tours of specific exhibits.

Visiting the Zoo and Aquarium is always a must; here are some great places to visit 

 San Diego Zoo: This zoo has a number of different live cams monitoring their furry and feathered friends, including penguins, pandas, koalas and elephants. 

Atlanta’s Zoo Panda Cam:  Enjoy watching the panda’s as they interact with each other to the delight of viewers 

The Reid Park Zoo:located in Tuscan AZ has 6 Live Cam for you to see the elephants, lions and lemurs in action 

National Aquarium: Explore winding, sea life-filled floors with this virtual tour of the Baltimore-based aquarium. 

Monterey Bay Aquarium:  This Aquarium is showcasing 10 different Live Cams; see everything from Penguins to Moon Jelly Fish 

Georgia Aquarium: This Aquarium contains more than 10 million gallons of water and you can see Live Cam and photo galleries
