Hawk's Leadership Academy

The Hawk's Leadership Academy  was conceptualized around the theory of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.  The Social Change Model of Leadership Development approaches leadership as a purposeful, collaborative, values-based process that results in positive social change.  The Hawk's Leadership Academy will allow for students to select from a multitude of experiences that the University offers.

Mission: The Hawk's Leadership Academy is an experiential program that enriches the Roger Williams University student by providing opportunities in leadership development, civic engagement, and co-curricular experiences.
