Come Visit Us
Campus Tours & Information Sessions
Join us for a student-led campus tour and an admission information session presented by a professional admission staff member. The 30-minute presentation will allow you to discover what makes Roger Williams University distinctive, and will cover information and tips about the application, scholarships and the financial aid processes. During the 60-to-75-minute campus tour you will explore all corners of campus with a current student who will share personal experiences and stories about the RWU community.
Information sessions and campus tours are offered Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. On Saturdays, we offer 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. information sessions and tours, as well as an optional special presentation at 11:45 a.m. - Navigating Your College Search. This special presentation will provide general, insider tips and advice designed to help all students and families.
While formal interviews are not part of our admission process, individual appointments for an informal meeting are available upon request.

So, whether it's your first time visiting or your fourth, you can get exactly what you need out of the day. Our 70+ academic majors and minors will be represented during our Academic Fair, allowing you to meet the faculty and Deans, ask all your questions, and learn more about how an RWU education is distinctive and dynamic. We'll also have representation from campus offices, such as the Center for Career and Professional Development, Student Accessibility Services, Athletics, Financial Aid, Student Academic Success and Student Programs and Leadership just to name a few! During the whole event our Student Admission Ambassador Tour Guides will be leading tours of our beautiful waterfront campus and state-of-the-art facilities. Lastly, the day will include special presentations and plenty of opportunities to talk to current students to find out why they love learning and living at RWU.
Spend a day in the life of an RWU student. Sit in on classes, enjoy a meal on campus, and spend time with current students. A shadow visit is one of the best ways to find out if Roger Williams University is the right fit for you.
Please note: Shadow visits are available to any high school student in the fall semester (September-December) and to applied or admitted students ONLY in the spring semester (January-May). Please remember high school vacation weeks fill up quickly and shadow visits are coordinated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow us a minimum of two weeks of planning in advance of your desired visit date. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Please note: We will not be able to fulfill any shadow visit requests starting December 9 through January 31 due to finals and winter break. You may complete the request form at any time for a visit post February 2, 2020.
