Pre-Employment Background Investigation for Law Enforcement Seminar

The two-day Pre-Employment Background Investigation Seminar is designed to provide police officers and administrators with information that will assist them in the pre-employment screening of police applicants.  Discussion will revolve upon the entire aspect of “hiring the right employee,” and will specifically address the recruitment, application, selection and background investigation phases of the process.  The session will include interview techniques, generating sources of information, and completing the background investigation report.
