Each residential community, with the exception of Baypoint (which has a double-sized bed), has extra-long mattresses which are longer than 76 inches (typically 80-84 inches). These extra-long beds require specifically-sized sheets, comforters, and blankets. On move-in day it's important to have those extra-long sheets which can be difficult to find.
