The seminar is designed to provide practical information for police officers dealing with everyday issues of criminal procedure in the field. The program will provide an analysis of case law and statutory law controlling search & seizure as well as arrest. Specific discussion will revolve around exceptions to the search warrant requirement, drafting of the search warrant, development of probable cause to arrest, and jurisdictional issues of arrest.

The cost for the seminar is $250.00 which includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and materials.
