Parent & Family Association
The Roger Williams University Parent & Family Leadership Council (PFLC) and the Parent & Family Association are a group of engaged volunteers who participate in a variety of activities in support of the University’s mission and its students.
The Parent & Family Association invites parents to serve as ambassadors for RWU in the following areas: Admission, Advancement, Career Services, and Student Life. The Parent & Family Leadership Council members represent the Parent & Family Association and work with the administration to provide leadership, support, and feedback in these vital areas.
- Foster relationships to create internship and job opportunities for current students and alumni.
- Support on-campus and regional events/programming (i.e. Accepted Student Events, Summer Send-Offs and Open Houses).
- Assist the University to develop individual and corporate support for campus initiatives and to help advance the mission of the University.
- Provide personal experience and expertise to applicable areas of academics and student life.
