Susan Bosco is a Professor of Management and has been at the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business for 17 years. At the university she has served in a variety of roles, including Faculty Senate President, Faculty Union President, NECHE (formerly NEASC) self-study co-leader, Management area representative, and At-Large Faculty Representative for the General Education Curriculum and Planning Committee. Prior to academia, she spent 10 years in the banking industry, last serving as Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations. In addition, she has consulted for a variety of companies in areas such as Customer Service, Project Management, Teamwork, Leadership, and Process Improvement. Dr. Bosco teaches Enterprise, Management Principles, Organizational Behavior, International Organizational Behavior and Managing Workplace Diversity.
Her areas of expertise in research include: Gender in organizations, pedagogical issues in management education, workplace diversity and corporate success, current issues in the workplace. Her work has been published in the CASE Journal, Psychology Research, International Business Research, The Journal of Business Inquiry, Ethics and Education, Journal of the Academy of Business Education, and the Journal of Business Ethics. She has presented at conferences including the Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, International Decision Sciences, Northeast Decision Sciences, and the Eastern Finance Association.
