What is the deadline for registration?
Registration is now open. Save $10.00 by registering before February 1, 2009.
Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received. Career Fair 2009 payment must be received by the Career Center by Monday, March 2, 2009. Failure to pay invoice by that date may cause your organization to forefeit your space for the career fair and be placed on our waiting list.
Registered organizations with no representatives in attendance at the fair will still be charged unless cancellation was received by the deadline; see below.
Are there any refunds if we have to cancel?
Cancellations must be made in writing on company letterhead and faxed or mailed to the Career Center. Only cancellations received by the close of business, Monday, March 2, 2009 will be refunded. No refunds will be made after that date; we will have already incurred the expenses for registrations.
What if we do not know who will be attending yet, but we still want to register?
Many times an organization does not know who will actually be attending the fair until closer to the date of the event. Please just provide us with the contact person and send us any updates or changes as you have them. Later, we will also be requesting any additions or changes in representative information.
How many people from my organization can attend?
Please refer to the cost information above for payment and booth size based on the number of people attending. In the fee section of registration, you will see that there may be an additional fee for lunch depending on the number of representatives attending.
How will parking and unloading/loading procedures work? And how do I get to campus?
Attending representatives will receive detailed parking information, with links for directions, and instructions for unloading/loading materials closer to the date of the fair.
I am attending by myself and have lots of materials, will there be someone to help me?
Yes, we will have curbside assistance available to ALL representatives to unload materials and bring them directly to your booth.
Who will be attending the Career Fair?
Roger Williams University students and alumni will be in attendance. We also open our Career Fair to neighboring colleges and university students and the general public.

Will there be other refreshments?
Yes, bottled water and hard candy will be available for you at your booth for the duration of the event.
