Leadership University is a one day conference held twice a year.  The first Leadership U is held at the end of the summer and incorporates all of the student leaders that arrive to campus earlier than the rest of the RWU student body in preparation for the opening days of the residence halls and the beginning of the school year.  The second Leadership U is held at the end of April and is open to all students.  Both conferences incorporate numerous sessions facilitated by various student leaders, faculty, and staff and emphasize various topics crucial a leader’s development.  The conferences also emphasize the significance of teamwork and collaboration while highlighting the University’s initiatives.

This year, Leadership University will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009.  Ed Garety is the keynote motivational speaker this year.  Mr. Garety speaks on numerous topics including building community, self respect, attitude, and success.
