Please note: Listings will be removed from the website after Two months of being posted. Only one posting within a 6 month period per address.
It is the responsibility of the Landlord to notify the Department of Residence Life and Housing if a listing is filled prior to the six months or if they want it posted again after the six months.
Roger Williams University and the Department of Residence Life and Housing are looking to make the process of off campus living easier for our student population. We are offering you an opportunity to list your available properties through our Off-Campus Housing Office. The following links will take you to our Off Campus Rental Form.
If you have more than one property to list with us, please fill out one for each property. Your listing will be included in our on-line database website located at the Off Campus Housing Website.
If you wish to have us list you as a Preferred Realtor, please fully enter your property information on the Off Campus Rental Form, sign and date the agreement at the bottom, fax to 401-254-3451 or mail to:
