Roger Williams University’s Apartment complex is located in a quiet neighborhood setting just minutes from the University campus and a short walk from one of the most charming New England towns you are likely to find anywhere. Bristol’s quiet atmosphere can be seen as you walk through downtown or spend time in Colt State Park. Bristol is confidently located 15 minutes from picturesque Newport RI where tourist attractions and beaches welcome you.
Almeida Graduate and Law Apartments consists of a series of units called the Flats and Townhouses. Students will be able to choose from either a space in a shared two bedroom Townhouse or a single apartment in the Flats. Each furnished apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and bedrooms(2 bedrooms in Townhouse).
Each bedroom is furnished with a twin extra long bed and plenty of closet space. All apartments are carpeted with the exception of the Townhouse bedrooms which have hardwood floors in the bedrooms.
The Townhouses are two story apartments with individual entrances. Located on the 1st floor is the approximate 330 square foot kitchen, dining area, living room, and 1/2 bath. On the 2nd floor are both bedrooms (165 and 115 square feet respectfully), full bathroom, and linen closet.
Almeida Apartments offers convenient parking and access to the University shuttle system. Almeida residents enjoy air conditioned apartments, full utilities, internet connection to RWU network and cable television (including HBO). Laundry facilities are available on site. Residents will enjoy the beautiful grounds for outdoor recreation.
