Baypoint residence houses 230 students in a traditional setting. Baypoint is located approximately two miles from campus.

Living Space

All rooms are double occupancy with double size beds. Each room has a private bathroom, is carpeted and has individual heating and air conditioning controls. Each room is provided with the appropriate number of movable desks, dressers, built in or movable closets, a telephone jack, and cable/data hook-up. Bathrooms are cleaned by housekeeping staff weekly.

Building Facts 

• Pool - The living area has a heated pool and sauna rooms available for all residents.
  
  
• Weight room - There is also a weight room located in the main living area.
  
  
• Dining Hall - Baypoint residents participate in the University's full board plan (15 or 19 meals a week). Residents have the option to eat in the main dining hall on campus or the Baypoint's private dining hall.
  
  
• Shuttle Service - Shuttle service is provided to and from campus. 

Staff

Baypoint is staffed by six Resident Assistants (RA). The staff and facility is overseen by a Coordinator or Residence Education (CORE).
