Traveling to Roger Williams University for the first time can be a long and tiring process.  We would like to make it easier on you by picking you up!  We will send a student or staff member to pick you up in Providence (at T.F. Green Airport or the Peter Pan bus terminal), take you to the university, and help you get settled in your room.

A taxi from Providence to the university is VERY expensive, so please take advantage of our Meet & Greet Program by contacting the Intercultural Center at 401-254-3121 or by email to ktucciarone@rwu.edu.  You may also fax us the information at 401-254-3688. Be sure to let us know where you will be arriving (at T.F. Green Airport, the Amtrak station in Providence or the Peter Pan bus station), time and date of arrival and the name of the airline and flight number (if applicable).

We will also need your cell phone, or the phone number of someone who knows your itinerary, in case of delays. The request for us to meet you at the airport or bus station must be received at least two weeks before your arrival in Rhode Island.

Note: The meet and greet program is only for NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS coming to RWU for the first time.
