The MATRIX is in a flowchart format where no one grouping is more important than the other.  Also, mentors are given a certain number of mentees to communicate with every quarter.  Administration meets weekly with all mentors to ensure accountability.

Academic Year

• 3 Mentors.
• Track each mentee's Math, English, Science, History, languages, and other.
• Visit teachers/counselors as needed.

College Preparatory

• 3 Mentors.
• Help mentee's (seniors an juniors) with preparing their college/scholarship/financial aid/SAT applications.

Administration, Information & Activities

• 3 Mentors.
• Rogers High School Bulletin Board Postings .
• Write voice morning announcements.
• Write reminders for up coming events, including flyers, and place in student mailboxes.
• Plan field trips.       

Parent

• 3 Mentors.
• Phone calls to all parents four times a year.
• Arrange parent meetings twice yearly.
• Plan parent workshops as needed.
• Write parent newsletter four times per year.

Summer Institute

• 3 Mentors.
• Every spring.
• Meet to plan workshops, housing, supplies, etc.
