Ad Hoc Programming

Ad Hoc Programming occurs when the Bridge To Success administrative staff meets and determines that a particular event on campus or off campus will take place and our mentees should take advantage of it.  At this point the staff will make a decision and if in the affirmative, we set into motion the following:

  • Flyers are made up by BTS Program Coordinator and placed in Rogers High School mailboxes by a member of the staff
  • Drivers are identified
  • Campus vans are arranged
  • The MLK Center and TIMES² Academy are notified and if they provide transportation are welcomed to attend
