In an effort to guarantee every graduate some seating for their invited guests, each graduate will receive 5 reserved tickets under the tent. Graduates who would like additional tickets may put their names on a waiting list with the Office of Special Events & Conferences. However, there is no guarantee that all of these requests will be met. 

Graduates are encouraged to speak with other graduates who may not be using all of their reserved tickets.

Seating under the commencement tent is on a first come, first served basis beginning at 8am. Guests will not be allowed in the tent prior to 8am and we ask that guests not reserve seats by placing coats on seats, etc. to be fair to everyone.

The ceremony will be simulcast in the Campus Recreation Center Gymnasium for additional guests. Graduates may invite as many guests as they would like but realize that seating under the tent is limited to 5 tickets per graduate. 

Graduates and students in the School of Continuing Studies may pick up their tickets with an ID in the Special Events & Conferences Office in the Campus Recreation Center beginning March 3, 2008 through April 25, 2008 from 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Guests must have a ticket to enter the commencement tent. Small children who will be sitting on a lap are not required to have a ticket.
