This one-day interactive seminar, designed for police officers from the newest hire to the seasoned executive, will consider the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance leadership and followership attributes within a police department to attain organizational goals and objectives. Understanding the communication process, empowerment of others, team building, and delegating from the perspective of both the leader and the follower within an agency will be discussed in recognition that all officers are leaders.
