RWU Conflict of Interest Program

In accordance with University policies and procedures and certain federal regulatory rules, certain classifications of employees of Roger Williams University and Roger Williams University School of Law are required to report any conflict of interests they may have with the institution. The University's Conflict of Interest Management Program is our way of determining if such conflicts exist and if so, whether to allow them and how to properly disclose and manage them. You can submit the form by filling out an electronic web form (click on "electronic version" below) and simply selecting "Submit". You will receive an auto-generated email confirmation following your submission.
