Office Assistant for the Marine Affairs Institute, School of Law

Job Description: 

General office skills needed to assist the Interim Director and Program  Coordinator with event coordination and participant tracking, preparation of PowerPoint slides and event posters, filing, running errands and other general office duties. 

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Special Skills: 
Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
Must be responsible, adhere to a set schedule and have good attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
Interest in Marine Affairs a plus.
