General office skills needed to assist the Executive Director and Program Coordinator with mail solicitations, inputting data for record-keeping purposes, event coordination, preparation of PowerPoint slides, filing, running errands and other general office duties.
Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
Must be responsible, adhere to a set schedule and have good attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
