Job Description: 

Primary duties will include providing administrative assistance to the Honors Program Office to include: social media development, greeting guests and assisting students, answering and placing phone calls, taking detailed messages, helping plan and taking photos at Honors events, photocopying, and running on-campus errands.  Students will also do special projects related to the Honors Program as directed.

Special Skills: 
Familiarity with computers is required: Microsoft Word, Excel and OrgSync are preferred.
Must be dependable, adhere to a set schedule and have good organizational skills.
Must understand and adhere to strict confidentiality standards and be able to take direction and complete work with minimal supervision.
Academic Major Preferred: 
Open to all majors but Honors Program member preferred
