Our creative services are provided free-of-charge. However, clients are responsible for printing costs, some photography expenses, and shipping/courier fees. These costs can vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. We will be unable to give you an estimate of your project’s cost until we have a better idea of what the project will entail.
Projects are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. University mission-central projects such as student recruitment, fund-raising, and state relations take precedence. The length of time to complete your project will depend on the complexity and scope of the project, as well as current workload in the office. Also, creative production times can very greatly, from a few weeks to several months. At the launch meeting, the RWU creative team will discuss your project's timeline with you to help determine a production schedule and delivery date.
Yes! Many RWU photos are available to download for general University use from our Photo Gallery.
You can download Web templates from the RWU Web site. These templates adhere to the University’s brand identity. We also have tips for writing content, which you may find helpful. Our Photo Gallery contains digital photos of RWU that can be downloaded to enhance your project.
Yes! You can download a PowerPoint template complete with RWU graphics and photos.
We have several versions of the RWU signature and secondary marks available for download in our Resources section. For proper placement and use of RWU logos and marks in your own projects, please refer to the usage guidelines in the RWU Identity Graphic Standards manual.
