If you’ve flipped through the pages of RWU Magazine, learned about the University’s strategic plan via the RWU 2020 President’s Report or glanced at the Admissions search piece or viewbooks, you’re well acquainted with the work of the Editorial Services team – whether you know it or not.
In fact, if you’ve read nearly any major publication produced by the University, you’ve seen our work – within University Communications, our five-person team is charged with serving as strategists, content creators and project managers for RWU’s major publications and significant written correspondence.
That’s not the extent of our role, however. To complement those large-scale communications projects, we also provide on-campus clients with publications strategy, editing, proofreading and – in limited instances – writing assistance. We work as a team with members of the University community to ensure that each of those projects meets the needs of both the client and the institution, adheres to RWU brand identity and editorial standards and successfully communicates its intended messages to its intended audiences.
