All photographers are booked by and with the approval of the Office of Public Affairs.
Before the Event:
Photography requests should be made three weeks prior to your event and at least a month in advance for photography during peak times, such as Commencement or the winter holiday. Requests that are made with less advance notice may not be filled for lack of an available professional.
Photography needs should be directed to Kim Sousa at ksousa@rwu.edu.
Requests should include:
- Date
- Exact location
- Short description of the event
- Start and end time of the event; if your event is longer than 2 hours, please specify a 1-hour time slot for having a photographer
- Name, phone numbers of person(s) arranging for the photographer, as well as department name and GL number for billing—include name of point person to work with photographer at the event
- Any other pertinent information or special instructions
After the Event:
Photography costs will be billed to the requesting department unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Allow four business days for Public Affairs to receive a CD with the photographs and to forward a copy to the requesting department.
