All-University E-mail

The All-University e-mail list includes all employees with a Roger Williams University e-mail account. All-University e-mails are issued with the approval of the Office of Public Affairs and are deemed appropriate for:

• Crisis communications and emergency closings
• IT notices about viruses or imminent problems
• Service interruptions
• Parking bans 
• Presidential messages
• Volunteer opportunities and updates from Feinstein Service Learning Program
• Messages that should not be shared with the student body
• Other messages deemed of high importance

All other messages should be submitted for inclusion in the Daily Dose and myRWU.

Send requests for All-University e-mails to publicaffairs@rwu.edu. If the message is time sensitive, please call extension 3178 to notify Public Affairs immediately of the request.
