James C. Noonan

James Noonan gained nearly three decades of corporate expertise in Rhode Island, most recently with The Colibri Group in Providence, before joining Roger Williams in 2002.

Previously, Mr. Noonan held the position of audit manager for Ernst & Young in Providence, where he also was responsible for the company's college recruitment program. His expertise includes financial forecasting, budget preparation and analysis, insurance, legal and banking relationships, software and operating systems.

In December 2006, Mr. Noonan earned a master’s in public administration degree from Roger Williams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
