Formatted as a blog, the new Roger Williams University online media room will include the latest news, photos and videos originating from the University campus community. It will also serve as a valuable resource for the media seeking national experts on topics ranging from environmental issues to high-profile litigations.
“In order to compete in this business-minded environment, using online social media to exchange news is the next logical step for all competitive institutions of higher education,” said Kathleen Lowe, director of Media and Marketing Services at Roger Williams University. “Our new online media room is a great landing pad for the virtual RWU community and will become a collaborative space that tells the story of Roger Williams University in real time.”
