2nd Annual Roger Williams University 5k Turkey Trot

Race Time 10:00 am.
Please come out and enjoy the picturesque Roger Williams University campus on Sunday November 22, 2009 for the 2nd annual 5k Turkey Trot. Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable item to donate to the Bristol Soup Kitchen. We look forward to a great race.
Cost:
- RWU Students, Staff or Faculty - $15
- Non RWU Community - $20
T-shirts guaranteed to the first 100 registrants.
Race begins and ends at the Campus Recreation Center and will be run through our beautiful 132 acre waterfront campus. Locker rooms are available in the Campus Recreation Center both pre and post-race.
Post Race: There will be fruit, bagel bits and water post race provided by Bon Appétit.
Awards: 1st place for RWU Student, RWU Staff or Faculty, and Non RWU Community, both male and female.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of my participation in the Roger Williams University Turkey Trot 5k scheduled for November 22, 2009 (the “Event”), I, for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby release and forever discharge Roger Williams University and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, trustees, officers, employees, and agents, as well as sponsors, race officials, organizers and volunteers associated with the Event, from any and all rights and claims for damages arising out of any and all personal injuries, damages, expenses, and any loss or damage whatsoever resulting or which may result from my participation in the Event. I hereby acknowledge that I recognize the risks involved in my participation in the Event and do hereby state that I assume all risks inherent in same. I am sufficiently trained and have prepared for this Event. Further, I agree that any photographs, motion picture recordings, or any sound or visual records taken of me by Roger Williams University, or its respective agents, in connection with the Event are owned by Roger Williams University, and I waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product. I hereby irrevocably grant to Roger Williams University or its respective assigns, the right and permission to use or license the use my name, likeness, voice, image or photograph of me, gathered in connection with the Event, in any media or manner for the purpose of promotion of Roger Williams University, and its programs, including the Event.
