As part of comprehensive financial aid packaging, Roger Williams University offers merit-based scholarships to transfer students.  All scholarships are awarded based on academic merit.  Every student is reviewed for eligibility through the admission process. You may qualify for one of the following:

For Transfer Students holding an associate degree

Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarship    $7,000 yearly
Awarded to Phi Theta Kappa scholars holding an associate degree.
Recipients must enroll in the University full-time and maintain the required GPA. This award is renewable and may be awarded for a total of two years.

Presidential Transfer Scholarship  $6,000 yearly
Awarded to students holding an associate degree who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5. Recipients must enroll in the University full-time and maintain the required GPA. This award is renewable and may be awarded for a total of two years.

Dean's Transfer Scholarship  $4,000 yearly
Awarded to students holding an associate degree who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0. Recipients must enroll in the University full-time and maintain the required GPA. This award is renewable and may be awarded for a total of two years.

For all other Transfer Students

Transfer Achievement Award  $8,000 yearly
A limited number of scholarships are awarded to select students, on the basis of academic merit. This award is available to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents only.
