Early Decision
Early Decision Deadline: November 1st
The Early Decision Program is designed for students who have decided that Roger Williams University is their first choice. Candidates for early decision must agree to submit an early decision application only to Roger Williams University until the University makes a decision. Applicants affirm that Roger Williams University is their only early decision application and sign a statement to that fact.
The University recognizes this commitment by offering students admitted under early decision the additional benefits of receiving preference for merit-based financial aid as well as housing assignments. Applications for financial aid are provided upon request. Early decision candidates should file for financial aid at the time they file their admissions application.
Applications and supporting materials must be received by November 1.

Early Action
Early Action Deadline: November 15th
The Early Action Program is for those students who are prepared to apply to college early in the senior year and who wish to receive their decision earlier than those applying regular decision.
Applications and supporting materials must be received by November 15.
Regular Admission Decision
Regular Admission Decision Deadline: February 1st
Regular Admission Decision is our final program under which to apply for admission. All applications and supporting materials must be received by February 1 for consideration.
Deposit Deadlines
Early Decision deposit deadline
Once an early decision candidate receives the letter of acceptance and financial aid offer, he or she must secure both by making a $450.00 non-refundable Early Decision deposit not later than two weeks after notification of acceptance and, if applicable, receipt of the financial aid award. In addition, applicants pursuing University residency must have the housing deposit in by March 15th.
Regular Decision deposit deadline
Applicants are aware that the tuition deposit of $200.00 is required by May 1st. Regular Decision tuition deposits are refundable prior to May 1st. We cannot guarantee enrollment to students whose deposits are received after May 1st.
Housing Deposits
All admitted applicants seeking University Housing must submit the housing deposit of $350.00 by May 1st. University residence cannot be guaranteed to students whose housing deposits are received after May 1st.
