Graduates are Lieutenant Daniel Fitzgerald, MBTA Transit Police: Captain Charles Swenson, East Providence (RI) Police Department; Superintendent David Deveaux, Jr., Royal Bahamas Police Force; Captain Ryan Heath, Alton (NH) Police Department; Captain Michael Lombardo, Wilton (CT) Police Department; Captain Scott Howe, Nashua (NH) Police Department; and Captain William McKenna, Middletown (CT) Police Department.

During the seven-week long Command Training Series: Executive Development Course, the participants developed a collegial relationship as they worked through the curriculum, evidenced here by the sharing of a lighter moment in the classroom.

Dr. Stephen A. Morreale, a long serving instructor in the Command Training Series, makes a point as he engages in a discussion exploring the concepts and application of Executive Core Qualifications related to the role of police command staff in a contemporary police agency.

Through a series of case studies analysis and group discussions, Dr. Morreale encouraged the members of the class to consider the concept of reflective leadership and how it can be employed in their respective police force.

In a workshop setting, each student was given the opportunity to engage in a SWOT Analysis for the purpose of identifying their respective agency's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
