The 2nd Annual COMMAND TRAINING SERIES Training Forum and Alumni Reunion took place on July 25, 2007, at the Roger Williams University Law School in Bristol, RI.  This event, presented through the partnership between The New England Association of Chiefs of Police and The Justice System Training & Research Institute at Roger Williams University, gives graduates of the CTS an opportunity to hear from national speakers as well as get together and learn from their peers. 

Kevin Gilmartin, Ph.D., a behavorial scientist and former Tucson, AZ police administrator served as the keynote presenter.

Police chiefs, alumni of the Command Training Series, and invited guests, including law enforcement officers and university faculty, listen intently to Dr. Gilmartin's presentation "The Leader's Role in Creating a Positive Organizational Culture".
